Bisolvon® Chesty is for a chesty or productive cough where the chest is congested with mucus that is difficult to cough up. Bisolvon® Chesty contains bromhexine, which is a mucolytic, and proven to be effective in breaking down excess mucus, letting the natural cough response clear the chest.
NEW Bisolvon® Chesty Soluble Tablets work in the same way as Bisolvon® Chesty Liquid and Tablets, but offer a unique way to help you break your cough. NEW Bisolvon® Chesty Soluble Tablets are easy to use and combine the portability and convenience of a tablet with the soothing sensation of a liquid.
Bisolvon® Chesty Forteis for those really stubborn chesty or productive coughs. Like Bisolvon Chesty, Bisolvon Chesty Forte also contains bromhexine but at a more concentrated oral dose for stubborn chest congestion. It also provides more days treatment2 than other chesty forte packs available, so is good value for money.
Bisolvon® Sinus# is for a chesty or productive cough that iscombined with nasal congestion. Bisolvon® Sinus contains bromhexine, just like Bisolvon® Chesty, but has the added benefit of pseudoephedrine that is an effective nasaldecongestant.
Bisolvon® Dry is a cough suppressant which will relieve a dry irritating cough where there is little or no mucus. The active ingredient is dextromethorphan.
