Bike riding is something the entire family can enjoy and has a beneficial
effect on the entire cardiovascular system. Plan family outings to local
places of interest. Most major cities have cycle tracks so you don't need
to contend with traffic. If you live in the country you'll see the sights
and sounds you'd normally miss in the car. In fact, cycling is such fun it
doesn't seem like exercise at all! |
