Before taking on any new exercise
program, it is best to check with your doctor first.
The simplest and most accessible form of exercise is walking. Walking
allows you to set your own pace. You decide how fast and how far you will
walk. Invest in some comfortable shoes and instead of merely sauntering
around the block, set a pace and walk further each day or so. Power
walking is as beneficial as high-impact aerobics with far less risk of
injury. |
